Green Smoothie Recipe

I must pass this new recipe along.  A client at Complete Health Center shared this with Dr Paul and I and we love it!

Ingredients:

2 Large Lemons

1 Med piece of ginger root

1 Granny Apple

Water

Ice

4-5 Hand fulls of spinach leaves

Natural Sweetener (stevia or agave) to taste

Peel the lemons and remove seeds.  Squeeze every bit of juice into a blender, next add water and ice.  Peel the ginger root, and chop it up fine.  Slice Apple, add spinach and add more water, sprinkle with sweetner and blend.
