Most of the foods recommended by Jenny Craig and Weight Watchers are really nothing more than low-nutrient flavour bombs that make you fat, sick, and suck your energy while keeping you hooked into an addictive relationship with your food.
Weight Watchers and Jenny Craig will never tell you to just dose up on fruits and vegetables, because they can’t patent and package the point system for serving those up to you.
