New Clients are treated to an initial consultation with Dr Paul Puetz.  This can be done either in person in our office or by phone consultation anywhere in the United States.   Our wellness coaches will aid you in finding lab locations in your area and will mail information to you via the internet or mail. 

To Begin your health journey you need to complete the New Patient Registration Form, Patient Symtpom Survey and review our Fee Schedule.  A credit card will be used to collect any fee’s for services or products.
